ABOUT THE STUDIO
Access: Your booking provides access to film and take photos at the studio. Please note that our studio space rentals do not include camera equipment or accessories. Lighting is provided and will be managed by our assistants.
Booking: All bookings are limited to a maximum of 8 hours and a party of up to 6 individuals. We kindly ask that you review our rules and guidelines carefully before booking.
Parking: We accommodate up to three vehicles per booking. Please plan your transportation accordingly.
General Rules
Setup and Breakdown: Please ensure that setup and breakdown time is accounted for in your booking.
Eating: Eating is not permitted in the studio area. However, you are welcome to use the designated break room for meals.
Prohibited Activities: Smoking, weapons, and pyrotechnics are strictly prohibited on the premises.
Noise Restrictions: Live bands, loud percussion instruments, and external loudspeakers are not allowed. (A speaker is provided for your use.)
Staff Areas: Access to staff-only areas is restricted.
Furniture and Decorations: Please return all furniture and decorations to their original positions if moved.
Trash Disposal: Kindly dispose of your trash or take it with you upon departure.
Additional Information
Furniture & Decorations: All furniture and décor are movable, except for items that are mounted to the walls. All items must remain in the studio and be returned to their original positions before departure.
Smoke Machines & Nudity: Both smoke machines and nudity are not permitted on the premises.
Off-Limit Areas: Access is restricted to staff-only sections and the meeting room.
Security
Security: Our studios are equipped with security cameras to ensure the safety of both our clients and staff.
Cancellation Policy
Full Refund: Cancellations made up to 7 days before the event will receive a full refund.
50% Refund: Cancellations made between 7 days and 24 hours before the event will receive a 50% refund (excluding any applicable fees).
No Refund: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the event will not be refunded.
